With continual growth and diversification, we are currently seeking for a Requirements Manager to join our team in Bibra Lake. You will be responsible for guiding the engineering team in adhering to defence systems, regulations and specifications , ensuring the creation of a successful end product meet the specifications and standards of our client.
Key Accountabilities:
- To work collaboratively with defence personnel to identify the functional requirements for defence systems.
- To analyse requirements ensuring they are feasible, achievable and aligned with operational needs and verify that the system meets these requirements.
- Identify any potential risk related to the requirements and propose mitigation strategies.
Essential:
- Degree in Engineering.
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Analytical and researching skills
- Must have defence experience
