The Jim Bruce Trust was established in 2008, and since that time has been working to find a cure for prostate cancer and improve support for people in our community who are living with cancer.

Port Macquarie Marine Rescue comprises of volunteers committed to saving lives on the water. Birdon donates the fuel for PMQ Marine Rescue vessels to support this vital service.

Under the ‘Engineering our Future’ campaign launched by the AMC Australia, Birdon is one of 3 Platinum sponsors investing in and supporting recruitment efforts to resolve critical skills shortages in the maritime engineering industry.
HASTINGS EDUCATION
FUND
The Hastings Education Fund is a registered charity run by a small committee of volunteers and affiliated with the Country Education Foundation. They provide financial grants and support to youth (16 – 25 years) from the Port Macquarie Hastings Area to assist in achieving their post education, training and vocational goals.
