What Happens If I Forget My Timesheet Daily?
We’re all busy and we all forget things from time to time. Don’t worry! The period after 1 May 2024 isn’t about “getting people in trouble”, it’s about helping you to get in the habit of doing your timesheet at the end of each day, so when UKG is rolled out for timesheets in August, you’re ready to go!
How Do I Access UKG When It’s Up And Running?
Like Deputy, you will be able to access UKG on a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or computer.
Every Birdon employee will be given a unique Employee ID which you will be able to use to log in to your account. From there, you can change your personal details, put in leave requests and of course, do your timesheet (daily)!
Will I Be Trained To Better Understand UKG?
Absolutely!
We will keep everybody posted about upcoming training to ensure we are comfortable with the new system by the time it’s ready to go.
