Birdon has welcomed its 2023 Para-professional trainees. Boiler Maker Brady Pinkston will focus on learning all he can about our Bids and Estimating processes. Fitter Alex Tutt will be working with our Production team to gain skills in project and production management.
As a company, we can see the importance of identifying our workforce needs and providing pathways for upskilling our people. The Traineeship offers trade qualified employees an opportunity to transition to roles that help them reach career goals by identifying opportunities for professional growth.
While this is the first time Birdon has formally taken internal applications for the para-professional roles, it is now slated to become a key pillar for Birdon’s overall recruitment, retention, and development strategy.
